This website is operated by Orgy. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Orgy. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”).

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that your device’s display of colors will be accurate.

4. Pricing & Billing Accuracy

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed with us. In the event of a pricing error or suspected fraud, we may cancel or limit quantities purchased per order, per person, or per address.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, incorrect address information, or circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been shipped, risk of loss passes to the customer.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges except in the case of a verified manufacturing defect.

Manufacturing Defects

Manufacturing defects may include:

Damaged seams or stitching upon arrival
Holes or tears present before wear
Incorrect construction

The following are not considered defects:

Incorrect size or fit
Color variation due to screen differences
Wear and tear
Damage caused by washing, drying, or improper care
Buyer’s remorse

To submit a defect claim:

Contact us within 5 days of delivery
Provide clear photos of the issue and proof of purchase
Items must be unworn and unwashed

We reserve the right to approve or deny any claim at our sole discretion.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in a permanent ban from future purchases. Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed with supporting evidence including delivery confirmation and communication records.

8. Third-Party Tools & Services

We may provide access to third-party tools or services over which we have no control. Use of these tools is at your own risk.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including but not limited to logos, designs, graphics, images, and text, is the exclusive property of Orgy and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orgy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to our website. Continued use of the site following changes constitutes acceptance.
